aka “The only crepes recipe you’ll ever need”
Recipe comes from BBC Good Food website.
Ingredients (makes 8 pancakes):
100g plain flour
2 eggs
300ml milk
1 tbsp sunflower oil, plus extra for frying
pinch of salt
Method: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl – using a whisk or electric mixer. If you want the crepes to be more fluffy, leave the batter for 30 minutes. Heat the pan over a medium heat and wipe it with oiled kitchen paper. Ladle some batter into the pan and tilt to move the mixture around for a thin layer. Flip the pancake after 30 sec, when turn golden. Allow another 30 sec on the other side.
Try with sweet and savoury fillings.
