One day I failed making a smoothie. Things sometimes go wrong in the kitchen. But thanks to that I discovered how to make healthy cheat-ice cream in 2 minutes using only 2 ingredients and a blender. It’s healthy and sugar free too!
All you need for a single serve is 1 cup (100gm) of frozen raspberries and 1/3 cup of milk.
Blend frozen raspberries with milk until creamy and serve immediately. You can also add a few leaves of mint for a more refreshing taste.
