Happy Australia Day!

Happy Australia Day to all my Australian readers. What’s on BBQ today? 😉

Macarons on the above picture are baked as describe in this recipe. I changed just yellow food colouring to red and dark blue. Filling is also very simple – mascarpone mixed with melted white chocolate (150g mascarpone + 60g white chocolate).
